Workday Dashboard is a HR example dashboard web app with a clear focus on quickly building teams of complimentary roles with the help of AI (Artificial Intelligence).
CHARLLENGE
The current platform doesn’t support a lot of the functionalities necessary to enable a complete team recruiting process. The overall experience for employees and employers feels outdated, most of the processes are manual and done on paper.
The platform doesn’t support the feature to browse jobs or search, filter and sort based on specific criteria, save and apply to jobs or receive personalized offers. The details of a candidate’s CV are stored locally, offline making the matching of the corresponding talent with the job: a very slow and manual process.
SOLUTION
We created for Workday a dashboard app the simplifies the job application process, allowing users to easily search and apply for relevant job opportunities with minimal effort. The app also uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) to form teams for longer term engagements.
